◆ Tables are limited due to event space thus sales must close when room capacity has been reached. No tables can be held without payment.
◆ A 3% Credit Card Fee will be applied to orders on final checkout page for online table sales/ticket payments.
NOTE: To avoid the 3% credit card fee, you may place a reservation by emailing to action@liatx.com notification of the sponsor table level you wish to purchase and by sending an expedited check to:

◆ VIP Table Sponsors – for a smooth check-in the evening of the event, please email the names of your guests to: action@liatx.com NO LATER than WEDNESDAY, September 9 so that we can accurately plan seating. If you cannot fill your seats, we will seat others in those spots for you.
